Cruising is a great vacation for so many reasons. A cruise is a vacation where you can do as much or as little as you want. One can even book a cruise, show up and just have the most relaxing vacation of their life! But for those of you who like to keep busy and seek adventure, Royal Caribbean is for you!
There is so much to do on a Royal Caribbean Cruise I don’t know where to begin! There is the obvious ‘shows’ and ‘several pools to choose from’, ‘wine and alcohol tastings’, but also so much more!
Want adventure? How about rock climbing?!
After Rock Climbing, you can try your hand at Skydiving! Skydving on a cruise ship? Sure, you are on Royal Caribbean! Seek adventure! Simulated skydiving on RipCord by i-Fly! Did I mention that both Rock Climbing and iFly are free?! So you can go again and again!
If you want more (free!) fun go play on the bumper cars!
Surf’s up! Let’s go surfing on the FlowRider! This is not as easy as I made it look (I was only upright for about 10 seconds 🙂 – but it sure was fun!
Feeling limber? Check out the trapeze! Yes, trapeze!
There is also plenty to do on Royal Caribbean’s ships that does not require quite so much energy. Cupcake making classes are offered on many of their sailings, and is a lot of fun!
Another fun class I took is Sushi making. Sushi making was very fun and intriguing to learn!
Oh, wait, don’t get too comfortable! There is more adventure to be had! How about Zip-lining!
Other activities on Royal Caribbean include ice skating, shows, mini golf, fitness center, and water slides. All of these activities are free except for the cupcake class and sushi making class, as well as wine and alcohol tasting classes; these classes can be signed up for ahead of time through your cruise planner and have a cost per person. Activities vary by ship.
