Review: This hotel offered a great rate and free parking. It is about 8 miles south of San Francisco and about 5 minutes away from the airport. The hotel is fairly new and right on a planned coastline walking trail. It is in a business area so there aren’t any restaurants within walking distance but several about 5 minutes away. It is very near the freeway too. They have an indoor pool and hot tub. There is a restaurant onsite but we didn’t eat there. It serves breakfast daily and dinner on select nights. Room Service is also available. The staff was very friendly and extremely responsive to all our requests.
Follow up:
The drive to San Francisco itself was very easy and took about 10 minutes until you reached surface street traffic

Ask for a room with a view of the water side of the hotel
The rooms have coffee makers and hair dryers.
Wired Internet access is provided free of charge in the hotel rooms plus wireless in the lobby bar. Two computers are also available in the lobby if you want to print out your boarding cards.
