Review: The rooms have been recently remodeled with a fresh new décor and they are very nice. I was very impressed! There is still a Southwest feel to the rooms, but it is a more refined Southwest theme. The upgraded linens were very nice as well as the furnishings The added sliding doors that help separate the vanity area from the rest of the room help create a private dressing area. The resort’s main pool is so much fun, and has a great slide. Children and adults will appreciate the beautiful lake in the middle of the resort. There is a path around the lake that is perfect for walking or jogging, and it is especially pretty at night. There are some nice dining options here as well. There is a quick service area, and more extensive food court area that has table seating available. There is also a sit-down restaurant and a lounge that has special activities at night. There are a lot of amenities at this resort that are not available at the other moderate resorts.
°o° Magic for Less Travel Tips: This is the only moderate resort that has queen beds available instead of double beds and that can be a big plus for some guests. Consider upgrading to a water view rooms since views of the lake or the pools can be very nice 😉
