The first Phases, Jambo House, located in the existing Animal Kingdom Lodge is scheduled to be completed in 2008 with very limited availability.
The second phase, Kidani Village, is expected to open in April, 2009. This area will feature a new restaurant, pool, two whirlpools spas and recreation courts such as shuffleboard, tennis and basket ball. A community hall, barbecue pavilion, and an additional fitness center, arcade, playground and gift shop are also planned.

- One-Bedroom Villa: Value Rooms sleep up to four, all others sleep up to five plus one child under age 3 in a crib. Features a fully equipped kitchen, washer/dryer, ceiling fans, flat-panel TV in each room, DVD player in the living room and high-speed Internet access. Master suite features a king-size bed, a whirlpool tub and hair dryer. Queen-size sleeper sofa and sleeper-chair (except in Value Accommodations) in the living room. Private balcony. 629 - 710 square feet of living space in in Jambo House and 807 square feet in Kidani Village.
- Dedicated Two-Bedroom Villa: Nine guests maximum, plus one child under age 3 in a crib. Features a fully equipped kitchen, washer/dryer, flat-panel TV in each room, DVD player in the living room and high-speed Internet access. Master suite features a king-size bed, a whirlpool tub and hair dryer. Additional bedroom offers private bath with hair dryer, two queen-size beds. Queen-size sleeper sofa and sleeper-chair in the living room. Third bathroom. Private balcony. 1173 square feet of living space in Kidani Village.
- Two-Bedroom Lockoff Villa: Value Rooms sleep up to eight, all others sleep up to nine, plus one child under age 3 in a crib. Features a fully equipped kitchen, washer/dryer, flat-panel TV in each room, DVD player in the living room and high-speed Internet access. Master suite features a king-size bed, a whirlpool tub and hair dryer. Additional bedroom offers private bath with hair dryer, one queen-size bed plus one full-size sofa bed. Queen-size sleeper sofa and sleeper-chair (except in Value Accommodations) in the living room. Vacation Homes located in Kidani Village will have a third bathroom. Private balcony. 945- 1075 square feet of living space in Jambo House and 1173 square feet in Kidani Village.
- Three-Bedroom Grand Villa: Nine guests maximum, plus one child under age 3 in a crib. Jambo House Grand Villas are one level. Kidani Village Grand Villas are two levels. Features a fully equipped kitchen, washer/dryer, flat-panel TV in each room, DVD player in the living room and high-speed Internet access. Master suite features a king-size bed, a whirlpool tub and hair dryer. Additional bedrooms offers private bath with hair dryer, two queen-size beds. Queen-size sleeper sofa in the living room. Vacation Homes located in Kidani Village will have an additional seating area on upper level with queen size sleep sofa. Forth bathroom. Play both classic arcade favorites and the latest in video game entertainment at this high-tech game room, located next to The Mara restaurant and across from the wading pool.
Pools
Enjoy Uzima, a feature zero-depth entry pool. Uzima means "clear water," and there's plenty of it to enjoy, along with a 67-foot-long water slide. Younger Guests will have fun in the wading pool, and our two spas offer aqua-therapy for all ages. Samawati Springs Pool coming in 2009.
Zawadi Marketplace
Celebrate the world of African art and culture at this colorful retail shop. Purchase mementos of your journey, and observe native artisans demonstrating their crafts in a dynamic atmosphere.

Simba's Cubhouse

Supervised activities including toys by Hasbro, free play arcade games (2), arts and crafts, games, Disney movies, and Sony Playstations. Price is $11 USD per hour, per child with a two-hour minimum. Advance reservations recommended.
Simba's Cubhouse provides a complimentary dinner for children in the Cubhouse. Guests can order meals for their children when they check in. Menu items include: peanut butter and jelly sandwich, chicken fingers, mini burger, hotdog, macaroni and cheese. No outside food allowed.
Babysitting

Zahanati Massage & Fitness Center:
Even though you may be on the wilds of the savanna there is no reason you have to abandon your regime of health and fitness. In addition to the latest state-of-the-art exercise equipment, we invite you to enjoy our steaming sauna or stress-melting massage. We are happy to assist you with your health and fitness needs. Swedish Relaxation Massage

Enjoy a relaxation massage of traditional long strokes and kneading techniques. This therapy increases circulation, soothes tired muscles and relaxes the body.
Deep Tissue Massage

Our therapists utilize their experience in different techniques to relax you and relieve the symptoms of built up tension in the muscle tissue. This massage uses a Deep Heat oil that penetrates into the body allowing the muscle to relax to a greater level. This is a moderate to firm massage.
Aromatherapy Massage

This massage facilitates ultimate relaxation as the body receives therapeutic benefits from the use of our pure essential oils.
Lavender oil - excellent for deep relaxation and also serves as a soother for sunburned skin.

State of the art strength and cardiovascular equipment including treadmills and bicycles (regular and recumbent). Guest memberships on a Daily, Individual Length of Stay basis, or Family Length of Stay basis includes the use of sauna and steam rooms. Health Club usage is included with any spa service.
Not in the habit of working out? Disney's fitness attendants are always more than happy to lend a helping hand offering structured Personal Training Sessions as an added amenity. To set up an appointment please call at least 24 hours in advance. Proper workout attire is required to use the facility. Minimum age for working out is 14 years old.
