Our agent was very knowledgeable about Disney World which was initially a overwhelming concept.  She explained anything I asked.  I checked with several other agencies before talking to our TMFLT agent but once I talked to her I stopped checking with anyone else as she really impressed me with her knowledge.

Our agent is great with making suggestions, especially regarding restaurants.  Her choices are always right on the money.  She is very good about finding the right times for ADR’s as well.  I would just tell her what I wanted and she would do the rest…so much less stressful than me trying to find things on my own!
