We had the most wonderful family vacation on the Disney Cruise. We were on the 7-night Eastern Caribbean cruise with ports of call in St. Maarten, St. Thomas and Castaway Cay. We are a family of five with three kids aged 7, 4 and 2. Everyone of us had a fabulous time both onboard and on the shore excursions. My kids seemed to enjoy Castaway Cay the most but they loved everything about the vacation.

First, our agent was so attentive to our reservations. Everything was planned without any snags and if there were questions, Deb answered them quickly and fully. All documentation, transportation (both ground and air), and our hotel stay were arranged by the Magic for Less. Everything went seamlessly with absolutely no problems. Even better now is that Disney runs a tight ship. For those lucky enough to be flying out on certain airlines (ours was Delta,) your bags can be checked all the way through from the ship to the airlines without your having to claim bags upon disembarkation! What a convenience!

We stayed one night at the Hyatt Orlando Airport. No problems with the reservation. All was squared away. We even had a room with a balcony overlooking the beautiful airport Christmas Tree. The Hyatt is one of the Disney Cruise Line's organizers so it went seamlessly the day we left for the ship.

Onboard we stayed in a family stateroom, category 4 and it was roomy enough for two adults and three children who all had their own beds. The split bathroom is wonderful especially for a larger party like ours.

The ship itself is well-maintained and always clean, in our opinion. The staff and service were impeccable. The food is great, even excellent and there is something for everyone, including our picky-eaters.

There are lots of activities for everyone and areas to relax if you want. Disney offers great childcare; we frequented both the Oceaneer Club/Lab and the nursery. I never felt nervous dropping my children off. The staff were lively, friendly and in my opinion, the most patient people. My husband and I went to Palo one night-- fabulous! We were so lucky to have Sylvester as our waiter. What a gem! We also booked the couples choice package at Vista Spa. Highly recommended. We wanted to go back but we couldn't get our kids off Castaway Cay to schedule more spa time. That's how much we enjoyed our spa experience.

I can not emphasize enough how wonderful our vacation was. We plan to go on another Disney cruise in the future to different ports of call as soon as we can get dates squared away on our end. We will happily book through our agent at the Magic for Less when we do. I could go on and on about all the wonderful activities and people we met onboard. The long-and-short of it is, if you are thinking about booking a Disney cruise, you should. It was a vacation none of us will forget, especially the parents and my oldest son. It is worth every cent to see your child's smile and eyes light up to see his/her favorite character and to take a vacation that everyone in the family can enjoy without worrying about kid/adult activities. Just book it already!

I had the opportunity to work with Ric on two trips - one for our friends first trip to WDW in November of 2007 and one for my own family for December 2007. Between the two trips we had like a kabillion questions for our agent and he patiently took the time to answer all of them.

When asking for our initial quotes, he not only quoted the specifics that we asked for, but also any comparable resorts/plans so that we could see the comparissons. He found each of us a great deal! My friends stayed the Fort Wilderness Campground and we stayed at POP Century. We each had a very detailed itinerary sent to us with park hours, show times, early entry/extra magic hour times and resort maps. Ric did all of the research for us and it was wonderful!

What I appreciated the most was that there was no question that our agent couldn't answer. The people at the Magic For Less truly know all about Disney and thanks to them, our trip was perfect. I am thankful for all of the hard work and personal attention our agent gave to our trip.

I was very happy with the service I received from my agent at The Magic For Less. Most of our correspondence was via e-mail. She always replied within a few hours, even when I would send one close to 5:00 pm. Her answers to my questions were always complete and knowledgable.
