I am absolutely thrilled and completely astounded that you managed to pass on a discount to us. I must just tell you that this kind of thing is completely unheard of in South Africa, sadly we are just so used to getting bad service and generally the bad end of a deal. I first found out about your organization while looking around on line. I emailed several places, leery of who is a firm place to deal with. I immediately trusted my agent. We just returned from our magical Disney World trip and it was just amazing. My travel counselor from The Magic for Less helped in so many ways and made what started out as an overwhelming task, almost easy. Since the moment I contacted her she answered all my questions in a timely manner and helped plan a vacation that met all of my family's needs. I just wanted to take a quick moment to let you know how helpful our travel coordinator was in setting up our recent trip to Walt Disney World. We have traveled many times near and far, and have never had such an easy, hassle-free, travel experience. Our agent took care of everything! The insurance, accommodations, Disney Dining Plan, park tickets, and transportation....it was great! This was the best family vacation we have had and will definitely call Deb again when we return to Walt Disney World again.

One thing that really stood out was my concern about having car seats for my children to travel in once we arrived to Orlando. I didn't want to bring two seats with me on the plane and since we weren't renting a car I didn't know how we would get to the resort safely as we were uncomfortable in using the Disney travel service that came with the accommodationg because car seats were not available. Our counselor gave us the option of a private car service that could have the seats available for us and pick us up whenever we wished. This was great! The car service employees were unbelievably courteous and we had no problems at all getting to and from the airport with our children safely.

We will definitely recommend our travel counselor and The Magic For Less to all of our friends & family who may plan a trip to Walt Disney World.

Thanks for the welcome home, it was nice to get that when I checked my email. As with most Disney vacations, it was a terrific time. We ended up getting into the area one night early, and were able to get one more night (in a different room, of course!) at the Riverside.

This was the third vacation from my agent and TMFL, and there were no issues with the arrangements, booking, etc. It was my own fault we didn't get to stay at the FQ, I should have booked it earlier. The Riverside was just as nice, but so much bigger, and a hike from car to room, and room to anything else, except the bus stop. Next time (not sure when, but will absolutely use TMFL and my agent) we will try to book farther in advance to stay where we want. Who knows, maybe somewhere different.
