I had the opportunity to work with Ric on two trips - one for our friends first trip to WDW in November of 2007 and one for my own family for December 2007. Between the two trips we had like a kabillion questions for Ric and he patiently took the time to answer all of them.

When asking for our initial quotes, he not only quoted the specifics that we asked for, but also any comparable resorts/plans so that we could see the comparissons. He found each of us a great deal! My friends stayed the Fort Wilderness Campground and we stayed at POP Century. We each had a very detailed itinerary sent to us with park hours, show times, early entry/extra magic hour times and resort maps. Ric did all of the research for us and it was wonderful!

What I appreciated the most was that there was no question that Ric couldn't answer. The people at the Magic For Less truly know all about Disney and thanks to them, our trip was perfect. I am thankful for all of the hard work and personal attention Ric gave to our trip.

I can't say enough good things about The Magic For Less Travel Agency. I have used them 5 times in the last 2 years. Never having used a Travel Agency before, I was wet behind the "Ears." My agent was great! She helped me every step of the way and knew all of the ins and outs of how to get what I needed for our family. We wound up at Port Orleans Riverside in Alligator Bayou. Having a family of 5, they are the only Moderate that sleeps 5. We also had the in-laws with us and needed connecting rooms (not adjoining, big difference), a fridge for the in-laws medications, nonsmoking, first floor, close to food court. She was able to get it all. As it got closer to our dates, Annual Pass Rates came out and she was able to save us $400.00 - without my calling and asking about it, she just did it! Even with all the emails I sent requesting changes, she did everything with good humor!

The next three reservations were even better. By this time my agent knew me more and knew what kind of room we needed, our likes and dislikes, CC# and Annual Pass information. All I had to do was give her the dates! She also made PS arrangements (Priority Seating) for our last 3 trips. I just gave her the times and places we wanted and she took care of them. No phone charges for me :) Plus when Annual Pass rates came out she took care of it again and again!

They even send out little reminders about what is going on at WDW, when it's time to make PS's, fun things to do onsite, etc.

As I write this, our agent has just booked our 5th trip (just DH and I). I will always use them in the future and have told everyone I know about Magic For Less. They have truly made all our trips MAGICAL and for LESS than what we would have paid without them.

In July 2002, while planning my first trip to Florida, I joined a Yahoo Group called “DisneyDollarless”, now known as “The Mouse For Less”. Quickly, I learned that you could go to Walt Disney World without having anything planned, but when you do that, you’re going to miss out on so many things.

The following October, after sharing all my planning research with my parents, they admitted that some day, they wanted to go to Florida, too; especially to Walt Disney World. So, for their 40th Wedding Anniversary, I gave them a special gift – a Disney Vacation. After talking with my brother, my parents thought it would be great to go on a cruise, too. Suddenly, it seemed that this vacation was gaining momentum and turning out to be more than I could handle. Around that time a special announcement was made on the “DisneyDollarless” list - The Magic For Less Travel Agency was open for business!

It’s as if a Genie granted my wish. A travel agency who specialized in Disney Vacations!

While it seemed like a great idea, having never used a travel agent before, I was a little hesitant. Deciding it couldn’t hurt, I e-mailed them a few simple questions. When I received their cheerful reply full of answers, it brought a sudden calm to my chaos of vacation planning. Immediately, I booked our vacation for January 2004.

Over the next 15 months we changed our resort 4 or 5 times; my brothers and their families decided to join us at different times of our vacation, now there were 13 of us to plan for; and I asked way too many questions. Amazingly, our Travel Agent at The Magic For Less took it all in stride.

When discount rates were released for our Resort, she made the changes and saved us a lot of money.

When we were confused about which passes to get, she explained why a 6-day Park Hopper Plus might be better for my parents than the Ultimate Park Hopper. Again, saving us money.

She saved us time by making most of our Priority Seatings and gave us great instructions for calling to get Cinderella’s Breakfast.

She booked our Steam Train Tour and told us how to get to the Magic Kingdom by 7am. When a Cast Member at our Resort told us something different, we did as he suggested. After being the lasts ones to arrive, 10 minutes late, I felt like an idiot. I knew I should have listened to my Travel Agent.

In the 18 months since I began dealing with them, I’ve been on 2 vacations and currently have 2 more planned. My first Florida vacation was done without their help. While it was fun, it lacked the “magic” that I found on the vacations I planned with them.

Why will I continue to use The Magic For Less?

The biggest reason is - they save me time and money. For a while, I checked all the prices that she gave me and yes, they were the same that I could get on my own. But since they have no fees, and they have more knowledge about all things Disney, why waste my time tracking web sites for discounts or up-to-date information on activities when they can do it for me.

My reservation requests were promptly taken care of and my agent even applied discount codes that became available during my stay.

Thank-you for the oppourtunity to say thank-you to The Magic For Less Travel. I cannot say enough good about them, we probably wouldn't have even made it to Disney, let alone had such a great trip if it hadn't been for them! They were kind, helpful, patient, you name it. We had to change our trip from August to December, change where we were staying change to flying instead of driving, etc. And our agent helped us every step of the way, and even contacted me by phone when I was unable to get to my computer!
